  • Co-Founder & Creative Director

    I’m a design leader with over 20 years of experience creating innovative solutions for top brands like Nike, Adidas Innovation, and Under Armour. At Nike, I scaled the Training Tees category from $5M to $50M per season, leveraging my early entrepreneurial roots—launching my first business at 14 and running a design and screen-printing shop by 18.

    My expertise spans apparel, branding, hard and soft goods, and engineered graphics, including designs generating $20M+ in single-season sales. From logo creation and branding strategy to product innovation, I excel in crafting solutions that fuel growth and resonate with consumers. Let’s create something exceptional.


  • Co-Founder & Business Manager

    I’m the business mind behind Ponce Design & Merch. With experience in events, marketing, and customer service, I’ve thrived in fast-paced environments, developing a knack for anticipating needs, solving problems, and staying solutions-focused no matter the challenge.

    In my roles with FRS and the San Jose Earthquakes, I honed my skills in creative marketing and client services, crafting tailored solutions that deliver results. My background in competitive soccer—both as a player and a coach—has shaped my leadership style and instilled a results-driven mindset that I bring to every project.

    At PD&M, I’m passionate about building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
